Beautiful Baby

So with the beautiful weather we have been having here, we took the opportunity to get some pics of Shelby outside in her beautiful bonnet that Great Grandma Daly made her!! She had a great time getting all dressed up and "girly" as Jimmy likes to call it. :)

Nikki's 24th Birthday!

So Nikki celebrated her birthday on he 12th and we all got together to go to dinner. We went to that new Brazilian steakhouse called The Rio. It was a really neat place and we all had a lot of fun! Its an all you can eat place where the waiters bring out different meats on these huge skewers. We had about 10 different types of meat to choose from. There was everything from chicken, to tri-tip, to lamb!! Then they had all the sides and salads to go with it. The best part was when they came out to sing "Happy Birthday" (actually we heard it quite a few times as there were several other people celebrating that night also) but they sang it in a very tribal, authentic way with maraccas and tom tom drums so it was very loud and exciting!! Shelby wasnt too sure at first but then she got into it and was jumping and bouncing away!

Over our Christmas vacation we got to spend some time with Jimmy's family. The kids always have a blast when they get together. Its nice that they are all relativly the same age. This pic was taken at Jimmy's brother Steven's house.

Alexia's 7th Birthday!

We had Alexia's birthday at her favorite place....Red Robin! I can't believe that she is 7 already!! Time flies.

Here is a little about Alexia at age 7:
Favorite color: blue and purple
Favorite food: Pizza
Favorite snack: ice cream
School: 1st Grade

Alexia is doing soooo well in school. She is learning to read and is doing awesome with it. She has been reading everything from street signs to actual books! We are amazed by her every day! Jimmy and I can no longer spell "secrets" around her anymore because she'll sound them out to see what we are talking about. Well happy birthday Lex!! Here are some pics of her special day.
